License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Products for personal and professional use, including in live performances, recordings, and productions (including church services and related content).

You are permitted to:

• Use the Products in your own music, performances, and productions

• Use the Products in both free and paid projects

• Modify the Products for your own creative use

2. Restrictions (What You CANNOT Do)

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Products

• Give away the Products for free (including to friends, band members, or team members)

• Upload the Products to any website, cloud storage, file-sharing service, or public/private platform for others to access

• Include the Products in any competing product, library, or collection (free or paid)

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source material from software products

• Claim ownership or authorship of the original Products

Each purchase grants a license for one user only. If multiple people (e.g., a band, church team, or organization) want to use the Products, each individual must purchase their own license.

3. Ownership
You are purchasing a license to use the Products—not ownership of the Products themselves.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of the Products is a violation of this Agreement and may result in:

• Termination of your license

• Removal of access to future updates or products

• Legal action where applicable

5. Our Mission & Request

We work hard to create high-quality tools to serve musicians—especially those serving faithfully in their local churches week after week.

We ask that you respect that work.

Please do not share, resell, or distribute these Products in any way that undermines the time, effort, and creativity that goes into building them. Supporting creators ensures we can continue making tools that serve you and your ministry at a high level.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By using our Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
