The product I purchased will not unzip, the download keeps failing. What should I do?

Ensure you download the product to your computer first and not your external hard drive. If that doesn't work restart and make sure your internet connection is good. If those previous steps did not work please send us an message via our contact form or admin@mkbaileymusic.com
